Bristol Storm vs Bromsgrove Bears Women’s National League Basketball

This Division Two clash came after two early losses for the Bristol Storm while the Bears had performed a number on Bristol Storm Juniors the week before.

The Storm welcomed Bromsgrove to the Bristol Brunel Academy.

Bristol made a quick start top open the scoring. Both sides worked out the nerves by missing open shots early in the first quarter. After a Bristol layup to bring the score to 3-4 to Bristol Storm they called a timeout to talk over the opening to the match.

Despite this Bromsgrove still found themselves at the free throw line, but were only putting away half of their free throws. 4-4.

The Storm took their opportunities on the drive, as Bromsgrove seemed to be happy to score from the free throw line. 6-6.
